BAW International Inc. was founded in October 2025 in Edmond, Oklahoma by Trevor Baker, Caleb Gatz and Alfonso Pacheco. Trevor and Caleb met in the eighth grade. Trevor and Alfonso met working the same shift at Crest.

We do two things. We bid and deliver government services contracts, and we build our own software.

Helix Field started with a pond and water feature crew here in Oklahoma. They were running on software built for vehicle fleets, not for a two-truck crew that spends its day in customers’ back yards. Simple things took too many clicks and the information they needed was hard to get to in the field.

We watched them work around it for long enough that we decided to build the thing they actually needed. They are our first customer.

Helix Field is field service software. Scheduling and dispatch, live technician mapping, time tracking and payroll, parts and inventory, receipts and mileage, estimates, invoicing and payments. BAW Scout takes the live SAM.gov opportunity feed and turns it into pursuits a small contractor can actually work through. In development.

We’re registered and active in SAM.gov. Trevor served four and a half years in Air Force Security Forces, on nuclear field security out of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
